Hyatt Regency Villahermosa, Villahermosa

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were big and very well-appointed, but they didn't stand up to my expectations due to feeling a bit dark and damp. The service was a bit slow and could use some improvement, although it was excellent and attentive. The location was good, although a little out of the way but near some interesting landmarks. The dining was quite challenging for someone not familiar with the local cuisine but had a good selection. The facilities were satisfactory.
